WNS BEAD ROLLER UNIVERSAL DRIVE SYSTEM (BRD-22B) is used for converting manual, flat plate type Bead Rollers with a 25mm diameter handle shaft to motorised power machines. The drive system converts hand cranked machines, enabling one person to easily control the forming, and comes complete with a foot pedal for variable speed control. The kit is supplied with fixing bolts and motor coupling. Suitable for WNS Bead Roller: BR457B and other flat plate bead rollers.
Please note, spacer washers are provided for shaft alignment. As this Bead Roller kit fits many manufacturers machines, the user will need to check the spacer washers are the correct thickness for their machine so the motor is correctly aligned. Alignment may require smaller or larger spacers. Bolt sizes may also differ depending on the make of your machine.
