WALTONS INITIAL PINCH HAND BENDING ROLLS (WBR1020) are principally used for rolling tubes/cylinders in sheet metal. The metal is ‘pinched’ between two rolls and curves as it comes into contact with the third (back) forming roll. The WBR1020 has a 1020mm Roll Length, 50mm Roll Diameter and can accommodate Mild Steel up to 1.2mm thick. The rolls are bottom slip, with an Edwards Style fabricated steel frame.
