PURCHASE: To make a purchase online just browse our shop and click the ‘Add to Cart’ button next to any available product(s), which will add them to your cart. When you have finished shopping, proceed to the ‘Checkout’ and follow the instructions on screen. Please complete the required details to enable us to process your order efficiently. WNS makes every effort to keep our prices and descriptions accurate and up to date. If an error occurs or the manufacturer’s prices change, we will inform you immediately and you have the right to cancel your order at any time.
CANCEL/AMEND: You can cancel or amend your order up until the time which your good(s) are dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible in regard. All products remain the property of WNS until they are paid for in full, including all delivery charges. All capacities are based on the use of Rollforming quality Mild Steel. All dimensions & weights are approximate. Colours of our products may vary. All products, where applicable, are subject to delivery costs and the current rate of VAT. Shipping And Handling
*Please note the weight and size of the product you are purchasing and ensure you are able to lift it!
*Some items will require assistance and/or appropriate equipment to off-load from the delivery vehicle – please consider this PRIOR to purchase!
*Please also ensure your location is adequately accessible – delivery drivers may refuse to deliver goods if there is inappropriate access or assistance is not provided by the receiver.
*Regretfully, items returned to WNS due to the above reasons, will be refunded less the outward and return delivery costs. Should you have any concerns and in order to avoid any unnecessary inconvenience, please contact us PRIOR to purchase whereby we will be happy to discuss your options!

Courier: Goods delivered by Courier have an expected transit time of 2-3 working days to all Mainland Postcodes in England, Wales & Scotland. Highlands, Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly & Northern Ireland may take additional transit days. Prices for delivery are determined by your location, the following is a guide only; if you are unsure please contact us for clarification.

Freight: Large/Heavy goods delivered on a pallet by freight service, expected transit times are 2-4 working days depending on your location. Online prices are given for Mainland Postcodes in England, Scotland & Wales. For freight deliveries outside of these areas, please contact us for a quotation and an expected transit time. (Please note once your good(s) are dispatched we can provide an anticipated delivery day but we cannot give a specific delivery time). When purchasing large and/or heavy items, please ensure you have adequate facilities for off-loading.
We are happy to deliver any of our goods internationally – please contact us for a quotation. SOME PRODUCTS AND/OR LOCATIONS CANNOT BE CALCULATED FOR DELIVERY THROUGH OUR ONLINE STORE – Please contact us in regard where we will be happy to assist.
IMPORTANT: Please note delivery times are NOT guaranteed and unforeseen delays do happen from time to time. W. Neal Services Ltd will not be held accountable but will try to assist in any way they can. All deliveries require a signature of receipt and where applicable, facilities to unload. Re-delivery (should no-one be there to accept the original attempt) will be charged to the buyer. All goods are checked before they are dispatched, PLEASE check your item upon arrival and BEFORE signing as transport companies will not be held responsible for damaged items after they have been signed for. Please provide a contact telephone number to assist with prompt delivery and the avoidance of unnecessary delay (i.e. should your address be difficult to locate/no-one available to receive the delivery etc).
We endeavour to dispatch goods the same or next working day depending on the time your order is placed. Smaller goods are delivered on a ‘next day’ courier service and large/heavy goods are delivered by freight and can take 2-4 days. For locations outside of Mainland UK Postcodes please allow additional days for transit. Please contact us for clarification of expected delivery times. Please note we cannot guarantee delivery times, though endeavour to turn goods around as quickly as possible.
All stock levels are continuously monitored and updated regularly. Should, for any reason, an item be out of stock when you make a purchase we will place a back order accordingly. You reserve the right to cancel your order at any time should the wait time exceed your expectations. Alternatively if you require a product which is currently unavailable you are welcome to call to ascertain when the item is expected to be in stock. We can arrange for the item to be placed on a Back Order should you require.
All products and services are subject to the current UK rate of Value Added Tax (VAT). Prices on our website are displayed including and excluding VAT. A VAT invoice will be issued with each order and/or service. For deliveries within the European Union VAT must be paid. All other orders are exempt from tax charges.

Credit Card Security
For security purposes all Credit Card numbers are encrypted before transmission over the internet. They are not held in clear text on our website nor do we store Credit Card details.
All of our new products carry a 12 month return to base guarantee and used/reconditioned machines a 3 month return to base guarantee, for parts & labour against defective manufacture. This does not include wearable parts such as blades, rolls, gears etc; or any part deemed by WNS to be a wearable part of the machine, that would naturally break through intended use. If the machine sustains accidental damage whilst in your ownership the guarantee will become void. In the unlikely event of there being a manufacturing fault we will supply the replacement part for the machine, carry out repair, or replace the machine entirely; whichever WNS deems the appropriate action to take. Using any of our products at a higher capacity as intended with invalidate any warranties.

We hope that you will be totally satisfied with your purchase, however if for any reason you are not, please contact us. 14 DAYS CANCELLATION/COOLING OFF PERIOD: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return them to us. Goods must be in the original packaging and in it’s original condition. Under the current ‘Distance Selling Regulations’, you must notify us, in writing, within 7 working days of the date your receive your goods. The goods must be unopened (with any seals, shrink-wrap etc in tact), unused and in a fully re-saleable condition. A refund will be issued less the delivery and/or return fee and a restocking fee. FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS – In the unlikely event of goods being faulty or damaged we will immediately arrange for the re-delivery of a new part, carry out a repair or exchange the goods*. If a complete replacement is necessary we shall arrange re-delivery of a new item and collection of the faulty/damaged item. *At the discretion of what WNS deems the most suitable solution. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
