General:
All capacities are based on the use of Rollforming quality mild steel. All dimensions and weights are approximate. Colours of our products may vary. All products, where applicable, are subject to delivery costs and the current rate of VAT. Products displayed on our website and related literature are not to scale. W. Neal Services Ltd reserves the right to alter any specifications without prior notice. E&OE.

Purchases:
To make a purchase online simply browse through our products and ‘Add to Cart’. To complete checkout, add a postcode for delivery and follow the instructions on screen. Please complete the required details to enable us to process your order efficiently. WNS makes every effort to keep our prices and descriptions accurate and up to date. If an error occurs or the prices change, we will inform you immediately and you have the right to cancel your order at any time. Some items are unable to be purchased online due to the size, weight and/or your location, please call or email us and we can assist you accordingly.

Cancellations/Amendments:
You can cancel or amend your order up until the time which your good(s) are dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible in regard. All products remain the property of WNS until they are paid for in full, including all delivery charges.

Shipping & Handling:
IMPORTANT:
*Please note the weight and size of the product you are purchasing and ensure you are able to lift it or have the necessary equipment (such as a forklift) to lift it!
*Some items will require assistance and/or appropriate equipment to off-load from the delivery vehicle – please consider this PRIOR to purchase. Unsure? Please call us for further clarification.
*Please also ensure your location is adequately accessible – delivery drivers may refuse to deliver goods if there is inappropriate access or assistance is not provided by the receiver.
*Regretfully, items returned to WNS due to the above reasons, will be refunded less the outward and return delivery costs. Should you have any concerns, and in order to avoid any unnecessary inconvenience, please contact us PRIOR to purchase whereby we will be happy to discuss your options.
*We can provide an anticipated delivery date, however please note we cannot give a specific delivery times.
*Delivery times are NOT guaranteed and unforeseen delays do happen from time to time. W. Neal Services Ltd will not be held accountable but will try to assist in any way they can.
*All deliveries require a signature of receipt and where applicable, facilities to unload. Re-delivery (should no-one be there to accept the original attempt) will be charged to the buyer.
*All goods are checked before they are dispatched, PLEASE check your item upon arrival and BEFORE signing as transport companies will not be held responsible for damaged items after they have been signed for. Any sign(s) of damage must be reported to ourselves immediately.
*Please provide a contact telephone number to assist with prompt delivery and the avoidance of unnecessary delay (i.e. should your address be difficult to locate/no-one available to receive the delivery etc).
*SOME PRODUCTS AND/OR LOCATIONS CANNOT BE CALCULATED FOR DELIVERY THROUGH OUR ONLINE STORE – Please contact us in regard where we will be happy to assist.

UK Deliveries – Courier & Freight:
Prices for delivery are determined by the size, weight of the product(s) you wish to purchase and/or your delivery location.

Transit times (approximately):
Royal Mail Deliveries – 2-5 days 
Courier Deliveries – 1-2 days
Freight Deliveries – 2-3 days

Transit times to some areas, specifically (but not limited to), Scottish Highlands, Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland may exceed the times quoted above.

All, or some areas, covered by the following postcode prefixes may be affected AB, BT, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, KY, LD, LL, ML, PA, PH, PO, SA, SY, TD, TR, ZE.

International Delivery:
We are happy to deliver any of our goods internationally – please contact us for a quotation.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure goods being purchased are not restricted to the country of import.
For any goods returned to WNS due to customs/duty charges not being paid, or refusal of entry, will be refunded less any delivery charges incurred.

Delivery Schedule (UK):
We endeavour to dispatch goods the same or next working day depending on the time your order is placed. Smaller goods are delivered by either Royal Mail or a courier. Large/heavy goods are delivered by freight and can take 2-4 days. Please contact us for clarification of expected delivery times. Please note we cannot guarantee delivery times although endeavour to turn goods around as quickly as possible.

Back Orders:
All stock levels are continuously monitored and updated regularly. Should, for any reason, an item be out of stock when you make a purchase we will place a back order accordingly. You reserve the right to cancel your order at any time should the wait time exceed your expectations. Alternatively if you require a product which is currently unavailable you are welcome to call to ascertain when the item is expected to be available. We can arrange for the item to be placed on a back order should you require.

Tax/VAT Charges:
All products and services are subject to the current UK rate of Value Added Tax (VAT). Prices on our website are displayed excluding VAT. A VAT invoice will be issued with each order and/or service. International orders are exempt from UK tax charges. All import duties/taxes for international sales are to be met by the customer. Company VAT number: GB360954247.

Credit/Debit Card Security:
For security purposes all credit/debit card numbers are encrypted before transmission over the internet. They are not held in clear text on our website nor do we store payment card details.

Guarantees/Warranties:
New Products – 12 month return to base guarantee (for parts & labour against defective manufacture).

This does not include wearable/consumable parts such as blades, rolls, gears etc; or any part deemed by WNS to be a wearable part of the machine that would naturally break through intended use. If the machine sustains accidental damage whilst in your ownership the guarantee will become void.

In the unlikely event of there being a manufacturing fault we will supply the replacement part for the machine, carry out repair, or replace the machine entirely; whichever WNS deems the appropriate action to take. Using any of our products at a higher capacity as intended will invalidate any warranties.

Please note that we do not recommend the use of plasma cut material, as this can result in serious damage to the machine and will invalidate any warranty. All our advertised capacities are based on Rollforming quality mild steel, unless stated otherwise.

Used & Reconditioned Products – 3 month return to base guarantee (unless stated otherwise).

This does not include wearable/consumable parts such as blades, rolls, gears etc; or any part deemed by WNS to be a wearable part of the machine that would naturally break through intended use. If the machine sustains accidental damage whilst in your ownership the guarantee will become void.

Used machinery is sold as so, and although may not be perfect will (unless stated otherwise) be in working condition. On occasion ancillary parts/accessories may be incomplete or unavailable or worn. If available, such parts can be sourced on request, however are subject to availability. Costs may also apply.

Used machines which are ‘sold as seen’ are not tested, assessed and deemed neither working nor non-working. We do not accept returns on ‘Sold as Seen’ products or offer a warranty.

Returns Policy:
We hope that you will be totally satisfied with your purchase, however if for any reason you are not, please contact us.

14 DAYS CANCELLATION/COOLING OFF PERIOD: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us. Goods must be in the original packaging and in it’s original condition. Under the current ‘Distance Selling Regulations’, you must notify us, in writing, within 14 working days of the date your receive your goods. The goods must be unopened (with any seals, shrink-wrap etc in tact), unused and in a fully re-saleable condition. A refund will be issued less the delivery and/or return fee and a restocking fee.

FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS – In the unlikely event of goods being faulty or damaged, please notify us immediately upon receipt and we will arrange for the re-delivery of a new part, carry out a repair or exchange the goods*. If a complete replacement is necessary we shall arrange collection of the faulty/damaged item and delivery of a new item. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
*At the discretion of what WNS deems the most suitable solution.

Please enclose details of your purchase, such as a copy of the invoice. We recommend returning your item(s) on a secure signed for delivery service. Please note we do not refund delivery/return costs unless the good(s) you have received are faulty. We cannot accept a return on any goods which are used and/or modified.

Remittance Terms:
Goods will be dispatched after full and cleared payment has been received.
