could not recommend this company enough , we sent our machine away to be repaired , Within hours of the next day we had a call saying the fault had been identified . The machine was repaired and we had it back up and running in the shop the same week . The machine is running like new again . we also have had a few queries about our other machines . I purchased the WNS Metal Hole Punch (WP82) after doing some extensive research, it's a cost effective way of punching multiple holes. I have tried out tye punch and produces a very satisfactory hole, pricing is good and delivery was super fast .
