F J EDWARDS NO.4 MANUAL CIRCLE CUTTER (ECC08) is principally used for cutting circles out of sheet metal. This machine has a 22″ deep cutting throat, a 11″ deep bowed throat and can accommodate mild steel up to a maximum thickness of 1.5mm. This machine comes complete with a stand and has been fitted with NEW blades.
