HAFFNER UPSTROKING MITRE SAWS (HS01) are designed for precision cutting of crosscuts and angled (mitre) cuts in non-ferrous metals, aluminium and PVC profiles. This machine features a pneumatic sawing feed from below, utilizing a 350mm diameter saw blade for clean and accurate cuts. The blade feed speed is adjustable via pneumatic controls, allowing operators to fine-tune the cutting process based on material and application. The saw provides a wide angle cutting range from 22.5° to 112.5°, with special location points at 45°, 90°, and 135°.For safety, it incorporates a two-hand operation. Vertical pneumatic clamps ensure optimum profile fixing. To maintain optimal machine performance, it is equipped with a Filter-Regulator-Lubricator (FRL) unit for the incoming air supply, and a pulse spray mist blade lubrication system helps reduce friction and extend blade life during operation.
