ENGEL EUROPA AUTOFOLD 516 DUCT COIL LINE WITH SIDE EJECT SYSTEM (ECL06) is manufactured using a heavy duty welded frame construction, Bosch Rexroth hydraulics and a bespoke controller and software system.
The fold and shear head features 2 blades, each equipped with 4 cutting sides, ensuring many years of continuous production. The shear operates from the bottom, allowing the duct to be wrapped around the fold beam.
The 7 roll leveller is the drive unit of the machine, and is powered directly by the Autofold hydraulic gearbox, eliminating any wear or slack in the chains. The leveller and beader rolls can be operated from either side via direct shaft for added accuracy. The rolls are made of S-45 carbon steel, precision-machined, ground, and constructed from solid bar.
This machine is equipped with a Pittsburgh side eject system, which automatically ejects formed duct sections from the Autofold into the Pittsburgh lock rollformer.
The hydraulic drive system is controlled by the Autofold “V” system, which combines energy-efficient motors with a compact hydraulic unit. No air is required! Power is supplied through the controller via a single power source. The Autofold can operate on voltages from 208V to 480V, allowing it to be installed anywhere in the world.
This machine has had a full professional re-paint & service and comes complete with 3 x I-Beam uncoilers and a 1 year manufacturers warranty.
