EDWARDS PEARSON EPT-CNC-P-110×3200 PRESS BRAKES (EPB01) are suitable for various sheet metal fabrication tasks, offering reliability, precision and accuracy in metal bending applications. This machine can accommodate sheets of metal up to 3200mm long and has a nominal bending force of 1100kN. This machine features an EP Touch CNC control touch screen for programming bend sequences, back gauge positioning and automated operations. Hydraulic cylinders provide bending force, with electronic‑hydraulic synchronization for accurate and consistent bending. 4- Axis CNC control of the left and right ram cylinders (Y1 & Y2), back gauge depth (X) and height of the back gauge (R). This machine has foot pedal operation and a precision back gauge for repeat positioning of workpieces.
