F J EDWARDS NO.4 MANUAL CIRCLE CUTTER (ECC10) is principally used for cutting circles out of sheet metal. The ECC10 has a 12″ deep cutting throat and a 21″ deep bowed throat and can accommodate mild steel up to a maximum thickness of 1.2mm. This machine comes complete with a stand.
