METALLKRAFT BELT GRINDERS/LINISHERS (MBG75) are principally used for sanding/linishing surfaces, edges and rounding off. These sanders have a belt size of 2000mm long x 75mm wide. They feature powerful motors and a vibration-free barrel, ensuring optimal grinding results. It includes a fold-away protective screen for safety and allows for quick sanding belt changes through a convenient clamping system. The upper sanding belt cover can be folded away, providing a larger grinding surface. It can be used with or without suction, with an extraction nozzle positioned directly on the spark box and the rear belt reel. After removing add-on parts, the continuous face grinding surface enables the sanding of long workpieces. The tape run can be easily adjusted via a set screw, while the spring-supported belt tensioning system ensures automatic re-tensioning of the sanding belt. Additionally, the sanding unit is continuously tiltable for enhanced versatility. These machines have 240v, single phase electrics.
