WNS POWER SWAGERS / SWAGING MACHINES (PS215S), (PS215V) & (PS215Vsp) are principally used for swaging, beading, wiring, crimping and forming of sheet metal. These power swagers have a 215mm throat and can accommodate mild steel sheet up to 1.2mm thick. These machines come complete with 6 sets of standard rolls, a forward & reverse foot pedal and potentiometer speed control (variable speed models only).
The PS215S has a single speed, low voltage forward & reverse foot pedal and 415v, 3 phase electrics.
The PS215V has a variable speed, low voltage forward & reverse foot pedal and 415v, 3 phase electrics.
The PS215Vsp has a variable speed, low voltage forward & reverse foot pedal and 240v single phase electrics.
