RAS VENTIRounder 40.91 (RVR01) is principally used for rounding the cheeks of air-duct elbows that have pre-formed seams of Snaplock, Pittsburgh or standing seams. The forming rolls are segmented and slidable, which means they can round the duct without crushing or damaging the seams. These rolls have a maximum working length of 1500mm and a minimum working length of 120mm and can accommodate mild steel sheets up to 1.2mm thick. This machine also has dual foot pedal control; 1 pedal to control the speed and the other to control direction change.
