Description
WNS INITIAL PINCH HAND BENDING ROLLS (BR1250/60) are principally used for rolling tubes/cylinders in sheet metal. The metal is ‘pinched’ between two rolls and curves as it comes into contact with the third (back) forming roll. The BR1250/60 has a 1250mm roll length, 60mm roll diameter and can accommodate mild steel up to 1.2mm thick. These rolls are equipped with 4 wiring grooves and have the following features: top slip with a quick release top roll, quick back roll adjustment, fabricated steel frame and cast iron end frame.
