SPIRO SA BETA 3 HYDRAULIC GORELOCKER ELBOW MACHINES (SGL01) are principally used for producing standing lockseam elbows, reducers, segment bends, end caps and offsets from mild steel sheet metal up to 1.25mm thick. The high flexibility is achieved by means of 2 separate workstations: a flanging station and seam closing station, meaning the machine is always ready for operation without time-consuming conversion. The standing seam reduces welding to just one longitudinal seam and improves rigidity. This machine comes complete with 3 sets of forming rolls, closing roll, 4 sets of support arms, forming bar, guides & instruction manual.
