WNS INITIAL PINCH HAND BENDING ROLLS (BR1050/90J-1) are principally used for rolling tubes/cylinders in sheet metal. The metal is ‘pinched’ between two rolls and curves as it comes into contact with the third (back) forming roll. This machine has a 1050mm roll length, 90mm roll diameter and can accommodate mild steel up to 2.5mm thick. These rolls are equipped with 3 wiring grooves and top slip with a quick release top roll. They also feature a quick back roll adjustment, cast iron roll end frame and a fabricated steel stand.
These bending rolls are manufactured with high strength steel rolls and hardened steel gears for ease of forming heavier/thicker gauged materials with a 4:1 ratio.
