WNS INITIAL PINCH HAND BENDING ROLLS (BR2000/75wns) are principally used for rolling tubes/cylinders in sheet metal. The metal is ‘pinched’ between two rolls and curves as it comes into contact with the third (back) forming roll. The BR2000/75wns has a 2000mm Roll Length, 75mm Roll Diameter and can accommodate Mild Steel up to 1.0mm thick. The rolls are bottom slip, with an Edwards Style fabricated steel frame.
