WNS INITIAL PINCH HAND BENDING ROLLS (BR1300/75) are principally used for rolling tubes/cylinders in sheet metal. The metal is ‘pinched’ between two rolls and curves as it comes into contact with the third (back) forming roll. The BR1300/75 has a 1300mm roll length, 75mm roll diameter and can accommodate mild steel up to 1.5mm thick. These rolls are equipped with 3 wiring grooves and have the following features: top slip with a quick release top roll, independent back roll adjustment, cast iron roll end frame, high strength steel rolls, hardened steel gears and a fabricated steel stand.
