METALLKRAFT BELT GRINDERS (MBG150) are principally used for sanding/linishing surfaces, edges and rounding off. These machines have a belt size of 2000mm long x 150mm wide. They are designed for optimal performance, featuring powerful motors and a vibration-free barrel for precise grinding results. It includes a fold-away protective screen for safety and allows for quick sanding belt changes with a convenient clamping system. The upper sanding belt cover can be folded away, providing a larger grinding surface. It can be used with or without suction, with an extraction nozzle positioned directly on the spark box and the rear belt reel. The continuous face grinding surface, achievable after removing add-on parts, enables the sanding of long workpieces. The tape run can be easily adjusted via a set screw, while the spring-supported belt tensioning system ensures automatic re-tensioning of the sanding belt. Additionally, the machine features two belt speeds, making it suitable for grinding both steel and stainless steel, and a continuously tiltable sanding unit for enhanced versatility.
