ESPRIT LIGHTNING D1500 CNC PLASMA HVAC CUTTERS (EPC-LIGHTNINGD-1) are compact, flexible plasma cutters that cover a wide range of applications and produce high-quality accurate components in virtually all metals. Fitted with the Hypertherm Powermax 85 plasma power source. With a cut capacity of 3.0m x 1.5m (L x W), it’s the ideal size without taking up space. A 25m/min maximum axis speed (X & Y) ensures parts are cut fast, without compromising on quality. Complete with easy-to-use touch screen Hypertherm EDGE Connect CNC Controller. These machines have hardened and ground linear bearings in both axes.
Manufactured as a single fabricated structure with machined mounting and alignment faces, the Lightning D has an integral segmented fume extraction cutting table.
This machine has a remote diagnostic capability which allows the operator to spot any fault instantly, heavily reducing the chance of faulty batches and are fitted with a rigid torch protection system to minimise damage in the event of a torch collision.
