EDWARDS INITIAL PINCH MANUAL BENDING ROLLS are principally used for rolling tubes/cylinders in sheet metal. The metal is ‘pinched’ between two rolls and curves as it comes into contact with the third (back) forming roll. These rolls have a 73″ (1850mm) roll length, 75mm roll diameter and can accommodate mild steel up to 1.2mm thick. The rolls are bottom slip, with a fabricated steel frame.
