WNS 16swg/20swg (1.6mm/1.0mm) BPSL BUTTON PUNCH SNAP LOCK DOUBLE HEADED POWER FLANGERS (DHPF20) are principally used for forming a flange on curved, straight and irregular shapes. Once the flange is formed on one head, it can be passed through the second to punch the louvers. These machines are fitted with tilting heads to enable complete circles to be formed.
WNS power flangers are manufactured with hardened top plates, shafts, forming rolls, gears and guide fences.
If you already have a power flanger or rollformer with flanging attachment and only require buttton punch snaplock (louvre) punches, our PF16 can be converted to suit your requirements. Please contact us for more information.
