WNS BEAD ROLLER ROLLS (BR-ROLLS-3/4) are compatible WNS Power Bead Rollers 910mm & 610mm. Rolls/dies available include round swage, square swage, stepped, stepped joggle & spoiler rolls.

Round Swage Rolls (RDSW3/16, RDSW1/4, RDSW5/16, RDSW3/8, RDSW5/8, RDSW3/4)
WNS Bead Roller Round Swage Rolls create a round bead in a piece of sheet metal in order to add strength, or to stiffen the material, generally formed parallel to the outer edge of the workpiece.
Square Swage Rolls (SQSW1/4, SQSW5/16, SQSW3/8, SQSW1/2, SQSW3/4)
WNS Bead Roller Square Swage Rolls create a square bead in a piece of sheet metal in order to add strength, or to stiffen the material, generally formed parallel to the outer edge of the workpiece.
Stepped Joggle/Stepped Rolls (STJG1/16, STJG3/16, STJG1/4) / (STBD45)
WNS Bead Roller Stepped Joggle/Stepped Rolls are principally used to add strength, function, and style to custom parts. These rolls form steps in sheet metal to make it easier to smoothly overlap metal without leaving a ‘weak spot’ along the joint.
