WNS 18swg (1.2mm) DOUBLE EXTENDED SHAFT ROLLFORMERS (DE18) are 7 station machines principally used in the HVAC industry. These machines allow 2 sets of auxiliary rolls to be fitted at the same time. Rolls available include small Pittsburgh lock (APL), drive cleat, double seam, plain seam, right angle flange, standing seam, 3 in 1, safe edge and closed double seam.
WNS rollformers are manufactured with all steel side plates. The shafts, forming rolls, gears and guide fences are all hardened, and needle bearings are fitted throughout.
Please Note: Auxiliary rolls are an optional extra and not included as standard.
