WNS POWER BEAD ROLLERS (PBR395V) are principally used for swaging, beading and forming of sheet metal. The PBR395V has a 395mm (15″) throat and can accommodate mild steel up to 1.0mm thick. This machine comes complete with 13 sets of rolls (including wiring, swaging, flanging, stepped, closing and ogee), a stand, an adjustable guide fence, and an adapter for 22mm ID rolls. This bead roller has a forward & reverse foot pedal, and a variable speed switch up to 17rpm.
WNS Blank Rolls are available separately, enabling users to machine their choice of custom roll sets.
