EDWARDS CONE ROLLS (ECR01) are principally used for making all types of cones, funnels and curved taper work of various angles. These rolls have a working length of 255mm and can accommodate mild steel sheets up to 0.5mm thick***

The capacity of these rolls, when forming a full pointed cone, is lower than it is when forming an open ended cone.
The thickness of material that can be used will also need to be adjusted, depending on the diameter of the tube being formed. Smaller diameter tubes will lower the capacity, and larger diameter tubes will increase it.
The user will need to make a capacity judgement on the individual tube size being formed.
