WNS HYDRAULIC GORELOCKERS / ELBOW MAKER DUCTING COMBI MACHINES (GL1250) are principally used in the HVAC/ductwork industry for producing standing lockseam elbows, end caps and reducers. This dual-ended machine enables high productivity and versatility with two individual workstations: a flanging station and seam closing station. This allows continuous operation without the need for time-consuming adjustments. The standing seam eliminates welding to a single longitudinal seam while enhancing structural rigidity.
There is a hardened wear plate beneath the flanging station rollers and all hydraulic and electrical circuits are built with quality European components. The closing station is controlled by a foot pedal and the flanging station is controlled by a hand joystick, giving the user accurate speed and pressure control. The pneumatic support arms ensure that the ducts are held firmly in place as the hydraulically powered workstations join the seams together.
