WNS INITIAL PINCH BENCH BENDING ROLLS (BR915/50) are principally used for rolling tubes/cylinders in sheet metal. The metal is ‘pinched’ between two rolls and curves as it comes into contact with the third (back) forming roll. The BR915/50 has a 915mm roll length, 50mm roll diameter and can accommodate mild steel up to 1.2mm thick. These rolls are equipped with 3 wiring grooves and have the following features: top slip with a quick release top roll, independent back roll adjustment and a cast iron end frame.
