WNS INITIAL PINCH HAND BENDING ROLLS (BR1300/75WNS-1) are principally used for rolling tubes/cylinders in sheet metal. The metal is ‘pinched’ between two rolls and curves as it comes into contact with the third (back) forming roll. This machine has a 1300mm roll length, 75mm roll diameter and can accommodate mild steel up to 1.5mm thick. The rolls are bottom slip, with an Edwards style fabricated steel frame.
