WNS INITIAL PINCH HAND BENDING ROLLS (BR2000-01) are principally used for rolling tubes/cylinders in sheet metal. The metal is ‘pinched’ between two rolls and curves as it comes into contact with the third (back) forming roll. This machine has a 2000mm roll length, 75mm roll diameter and can accommodate mild steel up to 1.0mm thick. The rolls are bottom slip, with an Edwards style fabricated steel frame.
