16swg/20swg (1.6mm/1.0mm) DOUBLE HEADED POWER FLANGERS are used for forming a flange on curved,
straight and irregular shapes. Once the flange is formed on one head, it can be passed through the second to punch the
louvers. The machines are fitted with tilting heads to enable complete circles to be formed. WNS Power Flangers are
manufactured with all steel side plates. The shafts, forming rolls, gears and guide fences are all hardened and needle
bearings are fitted throughout.
