CMZ HAND BENDING ROLLS (CB1000) are principally used for rolling tubes/cylinders in sheet metal. The metal is ‘pinched’ between two rolls and curves as it comes into contact with the third (back) forming roll. This machine has a 1050mm roll length, 55mm roll diameter and can accommodate mild steel up to 1.2mm thick. The rolls are top slip, come with a quick adjustment pinch roll and are complete with 5 x wiring grooves.
