ECKOLD MD 500 HYDRAULIC CLINCHING MACHINES (ECM06) is designed for joining applications within the HVAC and sheet metal industries. Using a local cold-forming process, the clinching method securely joins two or more overlapping sheets of metal without the need for additional fasteners, welding or adhesives. features a 500mm horizontal throat depth, 190mm vertical throat height and a maximum pressing force of 60kN at 500 bar, providing substantial capacity for a range of sheet metal joining requirements. It is also is supplied complete with a hydraulic power unit and foot pedal operation for convenient and efficient operation.
