ISITAN POWER BENDING ROLLS are principally used for rolling tubes/cylinders in sheet metal. The metal is ‘pinched’ between two rolls and curves as it comes into contact with the third (back) forming roll. These rolls are equipped with 3 x wiring grooves and offer precision bending with brake motor. The top and bottom rolls are powered by a single gearbox & chain gear system. They also have the following features: top slip with a quick release top roll, quick back roll adjustment, SAE 1050 quality certificated steel rolls with high tensile strength, cast iron main frame, forward & reverse foot pedal, conical bending device, manual drop-end and a fabricated steel stand.
