WNS SPIRAL TUBEFORMER (STF1600) is a high-performance spiral duct forming machine designed for precision and efficiency in HVAC and sheet metal applications. The modular design of the system offers customers the flexibility to configure the machine according to their specific requirements by selecting from a range of available options. The frequency-controlled main drive enables smooth acceleration and nearly silent operation.
A key feature is the flying slitter, which precisely cuts tubes to length without generating noise or hot sparks typically associated with conventional saws. This process results in clean tube ends, eliminating the need for deburring.
Engineered to meet the demands of HVAC applications, the system is compatible with mild steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. Additionally, the integrated corrugation unit enhances tube rigidity, particularly for larger diameters, while reducing material costs.
This spiral tubeformer comes complete with a run-out table, eject bed and a dual sided/reversible decoiler which can be loaded from either side.
