WNS 20swg (1.0mm) DOUBLE EXTENDED SHAFT ROLLFORMER (REF: 331) is a 9 station machine principally used in the HVAC industry. These machines allow 2 sets of auxiliary rolls to be fitted at the same time. Rolls available include small Pittsburgh lock (APL), drive cleat, double seam, plain seam, right angle flange, standing seam, 3 in 1, safe edge and closed double seam. This machine comes complete with safe edge rolls fitted and 415v, 3 phase electrics.
WNS rollformers are manufactured with all steel side plates. The shafts, forming rolls, gears and guide fences are all hardened, and needle bearings are fitted
throughout.
